Virtual Retreat
A “Virtual Retreat” is similar to an online course, however, it’s much deeper and focuses on meditation. This time out gives space and energy to evaluate our everyday Dharma practice.
Recordings will be provided by email for all participants after retreat, for their personal use only.

Meditating on Green Tara is a very powerful way to identify and open to our own inner potential for wisdom and compassion. By reciting the Praises to the Twenty-One Taras, we are shielded from fear and danger, all negativities are pacified, our wishes are granted.
This retreat will energise you to connect with Tara, helping remove obstacles to developing compassion and wisdom, leading ultimately to enlightenment.

Bodhicitta with Thought Transformation Virtual Retreat
Dates | 8th & 9th November 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)

Led by Gen Namgyel-la

Special: This retreat is just prior to Lhabab Duchen, which is on the 11th, a very auspicious day when all karmic results both good and bad are considered to be multiplied by millions.

Are there real ‘enemies’ and ‘friends’? We might have much knowledge of Dharma, but while facing different challenges in work and relationships, we might quickly follow our old drama patterns.

Bodhicitta, a compassionate mind, resulting from thought transformation, is essential. This retreat helps us to put Dharma into practice in our daily lives. With Gen Namgyel-la’s teachings we transform our mind from drama to Dharma, sometimes in laughter and with big love.
